About Jaclyn Rae Therapy

Specialist Grief Counsellor and Therapist

Beginning her career in the not for profit sector, Jaclyn worked extensively with young people and families to provide safe and inclusive counselling and casework that embraced diversity. This experience embedded the value of connection and safety into her practice and a commitment to the delivery of trauma informed care.
